Low blood pressure, fast heartbeat, breathlessness two weeks after the procedure??

21F. I had a Bentall with mitral valve replacement at the beginning of August, and seemed stable enough in the hospital, but after arriving home I've somehow slithered to an average of 80/60 blood pressure and 100 beats per minute.

My average while at the hospital was 110/something and 80 beats. I could walk around pretty fine as long as it didnt involve running, but now I run out of breath almost instantly and need to sit back down again.

I have a check up in a week, but I want to ask: is this normal? What is my heart cooking? I'm taking all my meds as prescribed, so am I missing something else?

Čo robiť so susedou a jej drbnutým max volume kognitívne slabšie vybaveným huskym ??

Čaute, poraďte inak niekoho zabijem.

Bývam v bytovke, 5 poschodí, na každom tri byty. Na mojom poschodí býva okrem mňa jedna hluchá staršia pani, a jedna tridsiatnička. Táto špecifická suseda má jedného z tých huskyov čo majú potrebu vkuse chodiť s otvorenou papuľou a vyvreskovať.

Pustiť im zemný plyn do bytu???

My weird son whom I dont remember birthing. The photographer disappeared mere hours after these photos were received by researchers on the surface.

I was told he'd fit here. :]

How is exercise and sport with a mechanical valve(s)?

I've never been the type for sport which I used to attribute to laziness, but ever since I discovered that it's actually that my valves are shit, I've been thinking about getting into working out post-op.

Are there any gym rats, athletes, regular runners, etc in here? Is it difficult with an artificial valve, has anything changed for you? Do they require some kind of special care?

(Rant) 5 months ago, my surgeon encouraged me to get a tattoo before surgery. He somehow "forgot" to mention that you can't get any body modification done 6 months before OHS. Now we're going in with a massive infection risk.

Basically the title. My surgery was originally supposed to be done at the end of June, for school reasons and everything. We discussed literally anything and everything, including braces I got in the meantime, new meds, possibility of travel, everything. WE HAD A WHOLE DISCUSSION ABOUT WHERE TO PUT THE TAT. And over all those months, he just kept "forgetting" to inform me of the crucial fact that I actually can't get a tattoo done, so now I have a fresh piece spanning my entire back. Finished mid-june.

Imagine my face when I came in for a check up three days before the surgery was supposed to happen, and they start calling me impulsive and stupid because "I should've known" HOW SHOULD I HAVE KNOWN??? YOU DIDN'T MENTION THIS WHATSOEVER AND IN FACT ACTIVELY ENCOURAGED IT????

So the day after the check up, him and his assistant get on the phone to call me, get all apologetic like "sawry we forgor 🥺🥺🥺". Thing is, we can't move the date anymore. The surgery is like 3 years overdue, and I'm in a state where I sleep for 14 hours a day on and off because the heart can't manage the load.

So they moved the date, and we'll be operating with significant risk of infection and inflammation. I can't even go to a different surgeon, because they'll just refuse to do the surgery altogether before the 6 month mark.

Thanks man. One of us will not survive the process, and tbh it might not be me.

Hot take: Bisexual people are inherently queer

Including: if they have a partner of the opposite gender, if theyre single, if their partner is straight, if they cant come out for safety reasons related to family or politics of their country, if theyre forced to only date the opposite gender for safety, if theyre struggling with internalized homophobia, if they have a preference for men, if they have a preference for women, if they have no preference, if theyre cis, if they dated a person of the opposite gender after you, if they married the opposite gender, if theyre not into you, if they rejected you, if they have/want biological kids.

Anyone else tired 24/7?

I'm two weeks before the surgery, and I'm at a point where I'm just. Always, always, ALWAYS sleepy. Like, I could just sit down for 5 minutes and I'll already feel my eyelids drooping. Any break at all, and my body thinks "omg yeah nap time!!!"

Is this common? Cause it's super annoying.

They can evolve?? My Nmother is trying to grey rock me and it's pathetic

She starts a conflict, as per usual - and when I respond in ANY way (including one word answers) she starts doing the grey rock technique. Shortens her answers, "if that's how you feel", "sure", "oh alright", "I'm not gonna engage with you". And it's like.... girl why? Do you think I don't know what this is??? It doesn't even stop anything, she just picks a fight and then uses the strat to leave midway.

>"...you did this, and this, and you abuse me so much, and youre aggressive..."

>"no im not?"

>"if thats how you feel" (proceeds to shut down)

It's insane how much they're willing to invalidate you, and accuse you of making problems up

I was born with a complex genetic issue that spans my entire body and comes with a plethora of issues. This was entirely preventable, if only my parents were willing to admit they had an issue on their hands, and needed to deal with it instead of just saying "well struggling is for pussies and I'm not a pussy so I don't have a problem".

Boom, here I am. My heart is failing. Thanks dad. I can't even do anything with my anger because he's dead.

In a normal family you should be able to expect support or care from your mother when something like this happens, I'm literally barely 20 ffs. But instead I get "well I don't know how you managed to convince a CARDIOSURGEON that you need this, but if you want to go cyborg so badly, at least get [type of cardio prosthetics that she likes better]."

Why are they like this? Why are they genuinely incapable of ever considering that someone else might have real issues too? She genuinely considers a living room that hasn't been vacuumed for two days in a row a more pressing issue than me fainting everytime I stand up too fast.

I'm genuinely so sick of this. I wish people like this didn't exist at all, or at least weren't allowed to have and keep kids. Everytime I come across someone who was born ill but is doing well because they received treatment and help early, I need two weeks on average to get over myself.
