List was designed to be able to take on basically everything except for Wild Herd. Basically throw me into anything and give the other players better matchups.

So.. what are we thinking? Who has the best list? What are the best builds?
My wife and I both had the „LA STAGIONE CHE NON C'E“ Menu (once meat, once fish- to taste) and it was just amazing. There were no misses, and the Wild garlic Risotto is still on my mind half a week later.
Also I might have fallen a bit in love with the sous Chef. Every time she stepped out to the pass and managed everything with basically a firm look… oh boy.
We arrived a bit early and had an awesome Cocktail at the Lounge.
All in all a perfect evening.
My wife and I will be staying in Madrid during the week in the end of September and I would appreciate recommendations for a Fine Ding experience there (1-2 stars, or just an awesome experience in general). Many thanks in advance!
