I really want to start riding a bike places especially with gas prices rising and how often I’m driving places like 15 minutes away which feels so wasteful to me. Now the weather is getting a lot nicer to I really love the idea of riding a bike more.

The only issue is I live in the middle of nowhere US so there’s no bike lanes, not even sidewalks, and there’s not much space to even share the road so I’m nervous about getting hit/making people angry, especially around twisty back roads that people tend to speed on. Does anyone have good experiences riding on roads like these?

I’ve just been letting everything fall apart for the last few months and I feel stuck in my own mind. I’m just so tired.

I got a boyfriend a few months ago and I’ve gained SO much weight because we tend to eat often together, I’m heavier than I’ve ever been and I feel so disgusting and ugly with myself. I quit my job a few months ago too which was very active so I’m doing nothing but lay inside all day basically which isn’t helping anything. Now I’m at the point of running out of money and got into credit debt for the first time and my credit score is dropping because I’m using my credit card for everything which is stressing me out but I just hate working so much but I know I need to get another job which is also destroying my mood. But also not having a job and no money now especially when I have so many trips planned this year makes me feel so worthless and insecure.

It’s just like everything is going against eachother and I want to fix these things but I’m so tired to and don’t want to do anything. I just don’t know where to find the motivation because reality apparently isn’t enough for me.

I keep my plane tickets from all my trips and I want to make some kind of scrap book with them +pictures from the trip but I don’t want to do anything with them without some kind of protection like laminating it in case I want to move it, but you can’t laminate them since it would just turn black from the heat. I’ve seen people use clear duct tape but I don’t think that looks very good since you have to overlap it

I got a helix piercing on each ear 3 days ago and I know that’s still very new and common for some soreness but my left ear HURTS. My right ear stopped hurting after an hour and hasn’t bothered me much and hasn’t been swollen at all.

I’ve been sleeping on my back (I’m very certain of this because I hate sleeping on my back therefore I’ve been waking up every 30 minutes because I’m so uncomfortable but still on my back) my hair is tied out of the way constantly, no products anywhere near it, it hasn’t gotten wet, I haven’t touched it. I keep taking ibuprofen but it hurts so bad, none of my other piercings have felt like this. Outside of the swelling it doesn’t have a bump or anything that I think is an infection

It also hurt very very badly when it got pierced, nothing compared to the right one, and I think it might be on a vein? Could that be why it hurts so badly or am I just overthinking it and need to give it time

I honestly don’t know much about projectors but I’m going on a long vacation soon and the TV’s are really small so I was looking to get a projector under $100 to connect to the Xbox and play games/watch movies like that on the wall or ceiling.

Idk where else to ask this because I haven’t been able to find much information but I really want to go to Rock in Rio in September and I’m coming from the US. I haven’t been able to figure out how to get a ticket as someone who doesn’t have a Brazil bank account or card. Is the festival not really meant for foreigners?

If I were to get a ticket on resale would that still be valid for me to use or would I get turned away there? I know sometimes venues check if your name on ID matches the ticket
