Meaning, you prayed to God for clarity— “is this the one?” He said no, but ya did it anyway!

We were given a 60 day notice two days after we had put in a work order for a dishwasher. The dishwasher has been making a noise ever since we moved in. We made it known since we moved in in October of last year, so we made another work order because it never got looked at and we don’t wanna get charged for it. Then two days later we got served with a notice. It has no reason as to why listed on the notice. The notice also says that legally she does not have to give us a notice because we’ve been in the home for less than a year and she’s doing it as a courtesy. I called her to try to reason with her to ask her if it was because of the dishwasher she said no she said her great nephew‘s wipes family is moving in. It’s 4 adults. Her great nephew is our next-door neighbor and we see that his his wife’s family already moved into the home next-door. There’s a bunch of cars and they brought a dog. We are in a single-family home. I have three toddlers who need a yard to play in. My husband lost his job in and it’s barely starting work Monday. The job loss has taken a hit on our credit and our debt to income ratio . I’m a stay at home mom so we do not have the income to prove that we can move somewhere else meaning like 2 1/2 times the rent. She offered to move us into another property that she owns, but it’s a apartment. I told her we do not want to do an apartment because we came from three apartments and we specifically moved here because it was a single-family both of my small children are set to start school this coming Thursday. I finally got them into the afterschool program so I can go back to work full-time and now this is happening right before the holidays. They want us to move out September 30. Is there any advice anyone can give me? Thank you all. We’re in claifornia.
