ISI MMath at Kolkata vs ISI MMath at Bangalore

I am asking this for the next year. What are the differences between those two centers in terms of:

i. Professors in Algebra, Geometry and Analysis

ii. What are the abroad opportunities?

iii. What is the difference between coursework and grading, like is there any trend of one center being easier than the other for getting grades?

iv. Better alumni placements for PhD math?

Other difference you might think. I totally want to go into math academia and hence I'd like to know more about the Profs in the centers. I know that Neena Gupta is there at ISI Kol but I'd like to know more.

Please answer. Thanks.

(21M) Suggestions for staying dating free and hyperfocused in the age bracket 21-31.

Hi, I've been good at studies at every stage in my life. I (21M) am going to finish my BSc this year. and I have decided to do an MSc + PhD + Postdocs and then eventually become a professor at the age of, let's say, 31 years old.

I've firmly believe the fact that while I'm studying - I won't date and stay fully focused on my studies till I finish my PhD because otherwise breakup issues and other lingering thoughts while in love could distract me from my studies. I value my studies a lot and would ideally want to be a leading expert by the time I finish my PhD.

Once we have those two situations clear, I can probably imagine how the life for the next 10 years is going to be. I might be missing companionship, money etc. yet I want to undergo a disciplined sage-like focus for atleast 10 years straight.

Now, the main part is that I'm kinda afraid of this process. Not because I can't do it. But because this is what I've been doing since I was ever born: focused and disciplined without any dating distraction. And for the past few years during my BSc: I've been actively consuming content and thinking about things related to dating which has kind of induced in me a FOMO. I will also regret later if I am not able to find a compatible person by the age of 35 if I start dating at 31. and I'd definitely question if 30 years of discipline was worth it all?

TLDR/GIST:

I want to get help and suggestions in either of these directions:

i. How to stay hyper focused (from the sacrifices I'm going to make, like earning money, dating etc.) during the next 10 years and not feel any regret or have bad feelings about things I would miss out on.

ii. How to not sacrifice dating and still end up doing well academically.

Both have their own learning curves but ideally I prefer choice i.
