You play the slasher, and the whole town is destructible — a proper 50-second look this time

Last week I posted an early clip but being a newbie the GIF was unwatchable. Here is a better video that will give you a better sense of the game.

Quick version for anyone new: it's a survivors-like, except you're not surviving — you're what the town runs from. You play the slasher, and the whole place is destructible. You start by hunting the campers in the dark then it escalates as the cops and the military come in with their vehicles. In the video you can see some of the wepons: a baseball bat that can launch enemies, vehicles, trees and so forth, grenades that can destroy buildings and a propane tank that levels the area.

Still an early prototype. The only thing I actually want to know is whether it looks fun in motion — and whether "you're the villain + everything breaks" reads as something genuinely different, or just survivors-like #847 with a new coat of paint. Be brutally honest. I'd rather hear it now than after I sink six more months in. What would really help is if you could download and try the game on itch and give me some feedback. I'm also uploading devlogs daily with how I went about making this in about 2 months as my first game experience ever with little prior knowledge.

A survivors-like where you're the slasher instead of the survivor, and the whole town is destructible. My first game: Is it fun?

I've put way too many hours into this genre and kept wanting one where you're the threat, not the one surviving it. So I tried building it.

The two things I'm hoping set it apart: you play the horror-movie villain and everything is destructible and can be used as a weapon.

You've all played more of these than anyone alive, so you're exactly who I want to hear from: does the villain angle + the destruction actually feel different in motion, or is it survivors-like #847 with a new skin?

I've dreamed of making a video game since I first wrote my first line of code 25 years ago. Finally got the guts to do it. I know there are rough edges — I need to know if it's any fun before I spend more time on it. Be brutallly honest.

Link here is you want to try it and give me feedback: https://tariklebbadi.itch.io/no-survivors
