German meat widespread

Hi all, In a few weeks I'm making a trip over to Germany and CH for fun, and to see some family. I'm coming from America, and am curious about the meat industry, in resteraunts and stores. In America, I rarely eat meat because I dont trust the major corporations that control the meat industry, Theres a lot of chemicals, worker labor issues, and lots of humane problems with animals that go on in the American industry. I know Germany is known for its sausage making, and other meat products, Im curious though, if I go to a resteraunt in Berlin or Zürich, how likely is it that the animal had a good life, Is the Industry more regulated and safer? Even in fast food places, or grocery stores.

Thanks.

Ringing in ears after shot to the head and dangler

Hello everyone,

throughout my goalie career, I have had a few of these instances where I take a shot to the head or my dangler, and my hearing dampens and I hear a ringing. I almost feel like I reset. I was playing Box lax today in net, took a ball to the head, my hearing dampened and the ringing came again. It usually fades quickly after like 10-30 seconds, I dont feel any pain besides the original hit, but I dont know if this is ok or normal. I always kept playing, just thought it was a shock thing or what ever, but should I be concerned? Has anyone else experienced this? This isnt a medical advice thing, Id rather just have an opinion rather than a shitty ai response.

Thanks

Jaguar bass or P bass for versitality

Im stuck on what to bring to a bass camp I have in a few months. I have a fender jaguar deluxe CIJ, its an active bass with jazz pickups. My other bass Is a 50s Vinterra P bass. Any recommendations for what to bring for versitality, and comfort if im playing 4 hours a day?

Changing coated bass strings for versatility

Sorry if this is a dumb question, just wanted some thoughts. In about a month, ill be doing a bass camp, ill be playing at least 4 hours a day for about a week. I havent really gone that long playing in a day, and am worried about strings. I use a jaguar bass, jazz pickups and currently have DR black beauties with id estimate around 30-40 hours on them. They are coated, I like the sound and feel of them, but if im playing for long periods, I dont know much about them. I heard how some people hate them due to versatality, but Im not sure. Should I keep them, or change them to something like the pure blues?
