One side has a seal, does it go towards the crank or the transmission?

Replacing leaking front transmission seal and installing new weighted flywheel and dual friction clutch today.

Front seal is leaking on my transmission. Now I have an excuse to ditch the inadequate LUK Heavy duty clutch for one that is up to par with the power output of my stroker.
Got a weighted flywheel and McLeod’s dual friction clutch or as they call it, Super Trail Pro Ready!

Round 3 of restore and protect on my ‘17 2.4L. Consumption has slowed. I’ve kept the previous two oil filters and plan to cut them open after the 4th round.

Out for a stroll.

258I6, T-18, Dana 18 with 3:1 low range on 31” tires

1976 1/2 ton Ford Dana 44.
Took it from 3.50 gears with an open differential to 5.38 gear ratio, 1350 yoke, and an Ox locker that will be pneumatically operated. Now to order a big brake kit for it, RCV’s, put on some rust converter and then paint it.

Snagged this bare JK 44 rear for $50 last week. This will eventually get swapped into the WJ once I get finished with my other Jeep project. For the front, I think I may go with crate 44 and skip the wimpy JK rubicon 44 front.

A slight error and I was stuck 🤣 good day out wheeling.
