please help me I can't deal with my gender dysphoria anymore, I got lenzetto and verospiron, what dosage should I take at first (trans teenager 16 years old), diy hrt, it's very complicated to go to an endocrinologist and I don't have the financial means, how much do I take to start, after how long do I increase the dose, do I apply it to the forearm or scrotum? 1 puff every 12 hours or how? please help me, if you want to contact me I'm always available, thanks for the help, as much information as possible is welcome!
