I work from home and rarely wear shoes, they are on pretty much every toe and im.not sure what to use to get rid of them
Having weird stuff going on with my body every since I did a pap smear about two months ago,
I keep having symptoms of bacterial vaginosis (the odor) and yeast infections (the white/yellow thick discharge) that started immediately the day after, ive used boric acid suppositories which normally clears it up as I get frequent bv, but its not going away,
My gynecologist isn't available until the end of July, every other gynecologist is not available until August (I've been calling around).
My period was weird this month, it was two days of brown spotting, a random gush of bright red blood that bled through a super tampon within 30 minutes along with extreme pain on the left side ovary area, then 4 days of light brown spotting and the occasional red drops.
My uterus doesn't feel right, if I have an orgasm it hurts like an ache, my vaginal canal kind of aches also.. today the discharge is slightly yellow with mucus plugs in it.
I've taken two diflucan, ive taken a full round of metronidazole and neither worked.
I do not have fallopian tubes, my pap smear came back normal, when I had my removal for fallopian tubes they found endometriosis and removed it (about 5 years ago), I don't know how severe it was.
I don't think it's an std, ive been with my partner for 10 years, we are monogamous and both clean before we started dating.
Any advice? I'm a bit concerned
I've been a manager for almost a decade, I recently was offered a position above mine, so Instead of managing employees I'd be managing the business and managing multiple people of my current role.
This is something I've been working towards for a very long time but the issue is the pay raise is a very low amount and not something I'm willing to work an additional 20 hours a week plus essentially be on call for a while for (essentially the monthly amount I make in bonuses my current role would be more than the raise, I'd be losing money as I always make bonuses).
The person that offered me the position is very very high in the company, and while I definitely was excited and appreciate it, I need help with how to turn it down due to raise being so low while also keeping in good standing with the company and also being considered for potential spots in the future that are paying a bit more better
