Been shopping with the same SA for 2.5 years now in Asia. SA told me SO's are usually reserved for clients who spend about US$130K a year for 3 years+. I've been able to get 5 quota bags so far and have a good relationship but have not been able to spend US$130K each year

Would love to hear your experience if you've been able to get a SO! (Especially in Asia)

Could anyone with amex black card in HK comment on whether it is worth it to have this card? What is your favorite aspect about the card?

Would love some advice
I met a wonderful SA in summer 2024 as a walk in who helper me with a number of purchases across SLG, scarves, shows, RTW. Spent about EUR20K while I was able to get non-quota bag, she said no K or B this time.

Went back in Fall of 2024, responded my messages but SA was not working the days I visited Paris. Ended up walking in to be paired with another SA, bought RTW and was also offered a non-quota bag, no K or B apparently because of fashion week.

Kept in touch with the original SA I met summer of 2024 and was excited to be back in Paris earlier this year. SA responded me and said she would be available but avoided securing an appointment for me. When I arrived at store, she asked me to go to leather desk and she would be back. I was surprised to be paired with someone else even though I had decent spend with original SA EUR 20K and about EUR35K total at Sevres.

Got paired with a random SA and they could only offer non quota bags and none of which I liked, so I declined. I ended up finding my original SA and bought a small watch from her, but it definitely felt like she didn't want me as a client and doesn't want to be my dedicated SA?

I am shocked because I have a really good relationship with my SA in Asia and EUR30-40K is decent spend (even if not with one SA at least at the same store most of the time!)

Has anyone had a similar experience at Sevres? Really disappointing to be treated this way
