I can’t figure this room out

(All pics in .5 to get everything in.) This room is giving me so much trouble. I’m open to replacing pretty much all the furniture. The room itself is open, but the kitchen is the wall behind it and I just can’t seem to get a layout that includes a couch, tv stand, and a small dining table. The room itself excluding the “hallway” made by the kitchen, is 13ft across, and from the edge of the doorways on either side it is 11ft 8inches deep towards the windows. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I was thinking of a smaller couch more room centered with a table behind it as well so I moved the couch up in the 3rd pic. I also removed part of the sectional. I think the main issue is that the couch is just too big. Hoping to find some advice from the gifted minds here.

First Month

Already a month in to owning my first Audi and I’m still excited every time I get to head towards the parking lot!

V10 R8 in the wild

Spotted this R8 on my way back from the grocery store. Always forget how truly low these are to the ground until you’re right in front of it. To whoever owns this, sweet ride!

Door dink before the first 1k miles

I know they’re inevitable and it’s just the way it’s gonna be but it’s crazy to me that the general public swings their doors open, into another persons car and just says “eh not that bad” and walks away. I park like 3 zip codes away from people in the parking lot and somehow they still appear. What can ya do though, oh well!

Fresh tints & ceramic coating!

Love how the deep ceramic coat makes the mythos black look almost liquid.

Best set and forget brokerage?

(27) new to brokerage accounts. I’ve been maxing my 401k and a rothIRA for 3 years. After expenses I still have another 5-700/month that I just throw into a hysa, which at this point is about 8 months of expenses saved. I’d like to take the left over monthly cash and start contributing to a standard brokerage account. I am not one to day trade, looking for a more set and forget spot for a beginner. Any recs, and if made can you share a little about why? Thanks!

Goodbye Tiguan Squad 💔

Made the switch today to an Audi A5 s-line. I gotta be honest I was sad to see the Tiguan go, but it was time to move on. Never thought I’d say this, but I’m gonna miss the Tiguan oil change price 💀

First Audi!

Am I part of the club now? New to me 24’ A5 S Line 45tfsi with only 6,400 miles on it. Will be staring at it in the garage for the remainder of the night.

First time Buyer

Hi all! Looking at a used Audi S5 with only 7,600 miles on it from the dealer. It is very clean, and being presented as a CPO. Upon seeing it for the first time, I noticed water damage on the back seat driver side seat. It is not terrible but the seat back has 2 smaller warped areas and the bottom cushion where your but would go is stiff, but not deformed. Per the Audi CPO checklist, can the dealer rightfully check it off as “no damage” and sell as is as a CPO? Or is this something I should contest at the dealer before purchasing?

UPGRADES

Have been obsessed with the SEL-R look since this iteration first dropped. Finally got one last year and made a few improvements that I couldn’t be happier with. Full ceramic coating, and an APR Stage 1, 91 octane tune. Sitting at 239hp, 277ft lbs. of torque. Not much, but man does it make this car more fun to drive, and the overall look, I couldn’t be happier with.
