I've been a digital subscriber to the Knoxville News-Sentinel for years and until recently found value in its articles and local coverage. I want to support local journalism.

Lately it seems like the KNS app and website are full of reposted lifestyle and human-interest articles from USA Today. The local coverage and investigative reporting seem to have faded away. I am debating whether to continue my subscription even though it is cheap.

I know they have had waves of cutbacks over the years.

The UT sports coverage is strong especially with Adam Sparks but that seems to be about it. KNS lists about a dozen reporters on their website, but I wonder what they are doing?

What other local news sources do people go to? I have the WATE 6 app already.

From what I have heard so far from the remastered albums is that to me they sound too bass heavy. Anyone else feel that way? The shimmering, trebly guitars are what they were best known for.

I’d like to donate the setup to a museum or other group versus discarding it all at our local electronics recycling dumpster. Parsec, Burger Time, etc. with speech synthesizer. It’s been sitting in our basement for decades unused.

We used to vacation when I was young in the 1970s in Fort Lauderdale and I remember playing in and around a labyrinth with high, concrete walls at a park in the city. It's not the current, low-rise labyrinth at Birch State Park. I want to say it was in or near where George English Park is today. Does anyone else remember it? When was it removed?

A couple of months ago Sirius XMU Discovery channel played a new song with a great groove by a band with Trio in their name. I cannot recall it anymore. Does anyone know the band name and or song title? It is out of their rotation now.
