Need suggestions for quiet AC places to study

Need suggestions for quiet AC places to study within 5km radius of Asif Block, Iqbal Town.

It’s getting way too hot at home to focus on studying (as we can't afford to turn on AC all the time). Looking for quiet places with AC where I can sit for a few hours daily and study peacefully. Need it only for 5-7 days excluding eid days.

Preferably:

  • Near Iqbal Town / Neelam Block
  • Cheap or free
  • Library, café, coworking space(but has to be reasonable enough which I doubt) - anything works.
  • Wi-Fi and charging would be a bonus

Would appreciate recommendations from students or anyone who’s tried good study spots nearby.

Finally posting after months of lurking.. salaam everyone 👋

Salaam guys

So uhh yeah I don't really post. Ever lol. But I've been thinking about it for a bit and figured let me just do it.

Gonna start sharing stuff here. Deen, life, things I'm learning, things I'm working on. Nothing deep or preachy I promise 😄 just a guy trying to be better every day and thought maybe someone here relates.

Some days alhamdulillah iman is good. Some days I'm just dragging myself to pray on time lol. That's just real life I think.

Anyway umm yeah. That's my intro I guess 😅 Hope to connect with good people here 🤍

Assalamu Alaikum everyone,

I’m a 25M and I joined this community a few days ago.

I've been reading through some ISO posts where people are looking for a spouse, and to be honest, it’s left me feeling a bit overwhelmed and confused.

I don’t mean this in a negative way at all, but I genuinely struggle to understand how someone can look for marriage online without really knowing or seeing the person. Maybe it’s just me, but it feels so unfamiliar and uncertain.

At the same time, I do want to get married and complete my deen in a halal way. But the reality of today’s world honestly scares me.

At the same time, I also want to get married and do things the right (halal) way. But nowadays, with social media, casual relationships, and everything becoming so normalised, I find it really hard to trust people or even know where to start.

There’s this constant fear in my mind that what if I choose wrong? What if I trust someone and later find out they weren’t genuine?

I don’t want to fall into anything wrong, but I also don’t want to stay stuck out of fear or confusion.

I would really appreciate hearing from others:

  • How do you deal with this fear and uncertainty?

  • How do you build trust when starting from nothing?

  • And are these online platforms actually a reliable way to find something as serious as marriage?

JazakAllah khair
