While definitely not the same quality as the League of Ireland, I try and get to a Cliftonville game once or twice a year if I can.

Current garda vetting timelines from start to finish?

The tracker said scheduled for completion last monday the 3rd.

There have been 3 'In Progress NVB' updates since but this means nothing to me.

Application sent to NVB on 9th of July.

It has been 20 working days or just over 4 weeks.

With teaching council.

Anyone else have a similar experience?

Hi Everyone,

I am a primary school teacher and was wondering when should I expect to receive my garda vetting disclosure?

It was received by the National Vetting Bureau on Thursday the 9th of July, any idea on how long more I should be waiting on average?

All it says on the tracking page is: Application submitted to NVB for processing.

Just checking as the NVB website says: "Completed applications are processed usually between 5 and 8 working days of receipt of the application."

An 80 unit county council development is being built near me in North County Dublin.

I am told that plans will be presented late this year followed by a public consultation.

The development will be a mix of social, affordable & cost rental and I have been told that it will have houses and apartments.

When can I expect construction to start roughly and when do you think it would be completed based on current timelines?

I am flying into Agadir as a solo traveller in the 12th of July for four nights.

I am looking for somewhere near the sea, access to the desert, good food and social life.

I am open to areas outside of Agadir as well and would happily stay in a hostel, hotel or apartment.

What would be the best area for this?

Estate agent told me that there is much more supply now due to landlords selling up, is that true?

Fingal County Council are starting a housing development down the road from me and I am wondering about timelines.

I have been told that the plans should become available in october/november this year.

When can I expect construction to start roughly speaking and how long would it take to build an 80 unit development?

I know every development is different but what is a rough timeline?

There is a field opposite the front of my apartment with a road in between and some greenery. Housing will be built in this and I have no problem with this whatsoever but will have to consider the noise that will be caused by this construction.

What time do builders usually start and finish at in towns in Ireland?
