Hi everyone, I’m looking for some outside perspective; I’ve been offered a formal catheter venogram to see if there is any reflux

Main symptoms
Severe dysmenorrhoea (extremely painful periods)
Right foot/leg swelling / inflammation
Lower back pain during menstruation
Restless legs sensation

Findings
I had a CT scan which incidentally show dilated tortuous right adnexal vessels and ovarian
vein, in keeping with pelvic congestion

mild compression of the left iliac vein posterior to
the right common iliac artery (but no May Thurner diagnoses as my flow in my legs looks OK) however one of my lymph nodes in my pelvis area are pretty lowsey

Do you think I should go ahead with the Venogram?? I’m concerned the pelvic congestion is only a concern when I’m on my period and maybe it’s all fine when I’m off my period?? I don’t know I’m really stuck but wanting a solution for the swelling of my right leg; could be lymphatic related
