Before starting i need to make a few things clear. OFA stockpiles ENERGY that at it's base form manifests as STRENGTH. This energy is likely forcefully awakening Quirks bathed in it so that's why Quirks after receiving OFA get a boost in strength.

Base OFA:

Perfected Full Cowling: Full Cowling constantly leaks energy in the form of green lightning, while All Might simply buffs up. I think this is due to All Might's experience with OFA being able to use it without wasting any of it, so Izuku should be able to do the same. By keeping every bit of energy within him while using Full Cowling Izuku could pump up his muscles and use his strength without waste, he won't be as buff as All Might but there would be a big boost in strength due to sheer efficiency. This is further provem by All Might's fist releasing golden lightning when using the United States Of Smash.

Partial Share: As i said before every Quirk in OFA has been enhanced, but what about Yoichi's actual Quirk? Quirk Bestowal is a weak and invisible quirk that can pass itself along through DNA while this quirks proper use without anything else would be parasitic body hopping it changed when Power Stock was added now passing along the stockpile of energy too. Due to mixing with Power Stock as i stated earlier Quirk Bestowal could have awakened to be able to partially share OFA. Izuku could share any percentage of OFA with someone and awaken their quirk. OFA could be shared among multiple people as a last resort, those people could cultivate their own piece as much as possible and then pass that piece along, OFA then could be reunited in one person down the line. Or sharing small amounts to awaken quirks and then taking the stockpile back.

Energy Control: My first two points involved keeping the energy in or passing it along in pieces. This is controlling OFA outside of the body. It is possible of you simply look at the green lightning created by Full Cowling and Re Destro's Stress Output Burden. The user could theoratically fire off balls of OFAs Stockpile at their opponents. Personally dumping 100% of OFA into an attack like this and then blasting Shigaraki with it would be better than giving him OFA and killing him with the embers. Then Izuku could be his own hero with a empty OFA he would have to fill.

Overcharge: It is unknown if it would be possible in the slightest but Izuku could enhance his quirks further by deliberately pushing OFA Stockpile into them.

BlackWhip:

BlackGauntlent: Izuku could coat his arms to the elbow and then fill those gauntlents with 100% of OFA energy. With this he could get as close to 100% as possible without breaking his bones though the strength of the attack is probably lesser than a true 100% attack due to BlackGauntlent being kind of like balloons.

BlackSword: Izuku could have made a massive sword out of BlackWhip and then fill it with OFA energy. Izuku could use 45% Full Cowling without problem, he could push the remaining 55% percent into the sword to not waste that power and put it to use. Due to it being a sharp object BlackSword could potentially be as deadly as a 100% punch if not more deadly.

Smokescreen:

Cushions: Izuku could use BlackGauntlent and then fill with Smokescreen instead of OFA energy to create cushions for himself. It could even boost his ability to bounce around.

Danger Sense and Float doesn't really have enough room to grow, most things would be baseless assumptions.

Gearshift:

Statis Lock: Gearshift has something called Low Gear, and it slowly down things instead of speeding them up. This could have been used to create ramps by using Low Gear on debris mid air so there would be more places to land on, slow down air or Smokescreen to create shields or use it on the enemy to lock them in place.

Fa Jin:

Air Boost: Izuku launches himself through the air using whatever method, he then releases the kinetic energy accumulated by Fa Jin to speed up his movement.

Faux Explosion: Izuku uses BlackGauntlent and doesn't push OFA energy into it, then he begans to pop the BlackWhip on his palms to store up energy for Fa Jin and then releasing it to mimic Bakugo's Explosion.

Ruyi Jingu Bang

A Special Grade Cursed Tool that has the ability to change size when feed with cursed energy, each change takes the same amount of energy. It is a staff made out of adamantium and bares golden hoops at the ends.

Golden Headband

A Special Grade Cursed Tool that has the power to subjugate spirits. It is a golden headband, when placed around the head of a Cursed Spirit said spirit turns into a Shikigami bound to the headband.

Phoniex-Feather Purple Gold Crown

A Special Grade Cursed Tool in the form of headgear. It is forged from purple gold, typically features a polished metallic, ornate band, and is topped with two long, swaying pheasant-tail feathers. It gives the wielder access to the accumulated Cursed Energy of all pasts wielders, it passively takes 5% of Cursed Energy from the wielder every day.

Golden Chainmail Armor

A Special Grade Cursed Tool that is in the form golden chainmail armor. It is completely unbreakable.

Could Stepping Shoes

A Special Grade Cursed Tool in the form ot sandals. It has the power to create clouds of Cursed Energy the wielder can step on. The wielder can step on the Cursed Energy of other people as well.

Izuku Midoriya is not that important of a person...

Yeah who am i kidding he is literally the greatest hero in all or history. After killing Shigaraki and keeping One For All life only improved.

Sure he has grown a bit distant with his classmates but all of them are busy and meet up bi monthly, sometimes they has smaller get togethers.

In one of those Izuku learned he was a lightweight, easilly drunken.

He was in his 30's now.

Currently in a break, sitting in his office at his agency. His agency was so big he by himself could tank the jobless epidemic and he did. Not to mention the jobs he gave to the people with weak, mutant or villainous quirks and the quirkless.

"Uh Mr. Deku? You have people that demand to see you." His secretary said.

"Let them in." Izuku said, if people had complaints it was his duty to help them.

When the door opened around 25 kids of various ages entered they all looked different but had one thing in common.

A Cursed Technique with the ability to pull objects from fiction read in the last 24 hours. User has control over their Manifeststions.

Limitations:

• Only the chapters read within the last 24 hours count.

• Every Manifestation lasts an hour, more Manifeststions at once divides the time limit.

• The object must be present within the story and not merely mentioned.

• It must be written literature, comics or manga doesn't count.

Extension Techniques:

• Hail of Blades: The user summons the same blade dozens of times and fires them towards the target.

• Flight: The user stands on or wears a Manifeststion and uses their natural ability to control them to fly.

Reversal: The user can turn any object into writing on a surface, the size and the amount of time as writing determines the amount of energy needed.

Maximum, Gappei(Amalgamation): The user Manifests an object through a Cursed Tool to permamently fuse those two objects. The user loses the ability to Manifest the fused object again.

Domain Expansion, Ten No Kōrin O Uchikudaku(Shatter The Descent Of Heaven): The user and the target stands in a world of white void. Slowly everyword that has ever been read by every being inside Domain begans to appear on everywhere. Any of the targets can pluck out words to use either turn them into masses of Cursed Energy if they don't represent a object and into the object if they do. The sure hit effect makes the user know where every word is.
