Sysadmin for 300 person company. Tier 1 tickets are 60% password resets and how do I questions. Looking at AI app development for an internal chatbot that answers from our Confluence + tickets.
Worried about staff pasting credentials, the bot hallucinating a wrong fix, or it becoming another tool nobody uses. Also need it to run on-prem due to policy.
For sysadmins who rolled out AI app development internally, what worked? Did you buy, build, or use open source? How do you stop data leaks and make sure it actually cuts tickets? My team is already overloaded.
