Is bleeding 100% always present?

Greetings. So, I've had three urinalysis over a couple of years to rule out infection, etc. My urologist is certain that it is not bladder cancer because there has been no blood present in any of the samples. My symptoms are painful urination and bladder burning. Though it does seem to be diet and age related (I'm male), I can't stop believing that I could at least get a cancer screening since I had a paternal uncle that had bladder cancer.

Was blood always there as an initial indicator for you either through pee in the toilet or present in the urine screens/cultures?

I saw a few test kits online that can screen for the specific cancer cells in urine.

Stranger danger at Viaduct Park!

So, I was walking with my teenage daughter at Viaduct Park on June 21st (Father's Day!) and a white couple, mid 30s approached us several times. They followed us through the park and at first made small talk. Then they approached AGAIN and began trying to talk my daughter into leaving with them because she looked "uncomfortable". My daughter WAS uncomfortable because of them.

I took this as an attempt at abduction and reported it to the Bedford non emergency number. They are described as female, short, blue eyes and brown hair with medium build. He was average height, brown hair, bad teeth, a scruffy beard with a feminine type voice. Just a heads up to look out for these sickos prowling around the metro parks.

please share this info to get the word out before it happens again.

Coffee and chronic UTIs

So, this will certainly ruffle some feathers, especially from coffee addicts.

I now believe that coffee, regular, decaf and etc, DIRECTLY contributes to or causes UTIs. There seems to be a very strong correlation between heavy or former coffee drinkers and chronic UTIs on these forums. I noticed a complete change when I stopped drinking it. No other dietary changes made a difference.

Coffee contains some very strong compounds that irritate or even damage the delicate mucosal urinary tract linings, leaving the tissue raw and exposed to opportunistic bacteria. That is leaving out the caffeine issues as well.

We once believed smoking was good for us too. Coffee might be the "new smoking" of our era. It rapidly raises LDL cholesterol and prolongs recovery from viruses.

There is a massive lobby that tout the "health benefits" of coffee, however, physicians used to recommend certain brand of cigarettes!

In time, I believe my theory will be proven true: coffee is low level poison for our bodies.

Which exercises help the dorsal pudendal nerve?

For context: I'm a male with burning urination only. Several urine cultures have come back negative, so my urologist put me on Cialis to calm the bladder muscles. I ordered a PCR test because I'm still not convinced it's not an infection. From all of the posts on here and elsewhere, it seems that there are always more symptoms for those with pudendal neuropathy and pelvic pain syndrome. Mine are more like urthritis symptoms

But anyway, if my Dr is correct and it is pelvic floor dysfunction, what exercises target the dorsal nerve? It is only pain in my urethra when I urinate, and that is the nerve that runs along that area. . Anyone else have this?

Thanks!
