Do employees really need to inform their Regional office through some letter that you are gonna give XYZ exam in future, so please allow me??? Like here people are literally sending their applications asking for their permission.

I need to find a civil surgeon/chief medical officer to sign my medical report for my job, I have gone to many hospitals but they don't have CMO's. it's kinda urgent. Thanks

I needed a medical report for RRB clerk DV, which I got made at a govt hospital, the issue is bank is asking me to attest it from a chief medical officer(CMO) or chief district medical officer (CDMO)( district head) Couldn't find any CMO in delhi in any hospital, every district has a CDMO and they are refusing to sign it. Now what am Supposed to do? my medical report has been attested by Senior medical officer which is not enough according to bank's requirement.

Today I went to a govt hospital for my medical report required for a job, They sent me to HIV ward for testing, the attendent was sitting on a chair with a table in front of him, having disposed lancets inside the box, A bit far from that were placed fresh lancets and between those 2 placed a single lancet for me when I entered the room, So that guy pricked my right ring finger and placed the lancet there again where I saw it when I entered the room, not in disposable box also not in fresh ones, then I left the room, i don't know if he disposed it or not.

So my brain is overthinking that the person who came before me actually was pricked with that needle, and he forgot to dispose it off and used on me again. Also that guy was watching some show on his phone.
