Despite liking the pain and rather 'not-so-dynamic' poses of the Rubics, befitting their automata like being, I wanted them to look a bit more special for my Warpcoven Killteam. Swapping some bits with the Sorcerers sprue and freehanding all iconography on the shoulder pads was certainly the right thing for that.

Still, I must say that GW's design idea of a Rubic with a minigun just does not catch me. It feels weird for me to see the weapon on the Rubics and the Scarrab Occult Terminators. For my taste, it also just looks a bit to big and heavy to handle for the Rubic.

I build him as a Sorcerer of Warpfire for my Warpcoven Killteam. I had the idea of a Pyrea Cult Sorcerer who, as a kind of remnant of his past, serves as warden for the eternal flame who topped his cults pyramid.

In my mind, he wanders the battlefields of the galaxy to collect the rubicae that once were his brothers in arms and served in the same squad. His goal? To strike an alliance with some Eldar to venture into Nurgles garden, to free Isha and convince her to break the rubics curse.

Doing OSL right now and its a drag, but I love it! I plan to play him as a Sorcerer of Warpfire in Killteam.

It has been literal years since I build and painted a vehicle, so this was insane fun! I just wanted to try out a Warlord Model and look if its good (really damn good quality platic kit btw).

I know that the scale is off, but I only plan some games with friends, so nothing too offical. I just get into KT and love the idea of the Nemesis OPs, so I want to try this little chonker as one out.

I got the Pz. Kpfw. IV from Warlord Games (he is original a model for the tabletop Boltaction) because I was curious. I build and paint to 99% infantry or monsters and wanted something different. Also everything is cheaper than GW.

I decided to paint him for my Death Korps of Krieg, who I gave a Helghast inspired theme. As a kind of support/command vehicle I decided to name him 'Radec', to honor one of the greatest Helghast and characters in the series.

I work on some Helghast themed miniatures, and decided to name the support tank with flamers after Radec. So I tried to do some freehand on/of him.
