Off of Gillette near the first block of Prospect, and Rublee floods during heavy rains.

I'm still learning my car & the sounds, what could this be? Currently has an EVAP leak (P0455), seeking to fix ASAP. Could that cause the ticking sound? Also what sounds like a hissing sound near power steering fluid cap area (not from power steering cap) . I have a fixd reader but that's only for electrical. Also once I start her, the rpm & turbo gauges are above slightly resting, is that normal. I dont mean to sound ignorant, just looking to learn. Thanks for reading!

Edit1: to the right of the oil cap near the silver piece but behind the power steering is where the hissing sounds like it's from. I have a V6 if thats helpful informarion.

Thinking something is off somewhere, when she starts the air kicks on for about 30 seconds & it feels like something is off because of the sound. I bought a fixd reader to see what electrical issues there might be...Currently seeking to fix EVAP leak, could there be an additional issue for the gauges? I noticed the change with resting for the rpm & turbo. Rev gently a few times to show what I mean. I'm still learning the sounds, so if you could explain or help me with your input & not be rude, I'd genuinely appreciate that.
