Meta Ads not delivering at all on fresh ad account 2 campaigns live for 9 hours with 0 impressions

I’m having a strange issue with a fresh Meta Ads account and would really appreciate some advice from people who have dealt with this before.

I created my first ads for a real estate business. The ad account is showing as healthy/“100”, and both campaigns are showing as active/live.

Both campaigns started around 1 PM today. It’s now around 10 PM, so they’ve been live for approximately 9 hours.

The problem is that I’m getting literally 0 impressions, 0 spend and 0 results.

This isn’t a case of expensive leads or poor performance the ads aren’t even entering delivery.

The account is completely fresh, and these are the first campaigns I’ve launched from it.

A few things I’ve already checked:
• Ad account shows 100/healthy
• Campaigns show Active
• No obvious rejection on the campaigns
• No spend has occurred
• No impressions whatsoever
I understand that a new account can have a learning period, but shouldn’t an approved/active campaign at least start getting some impressions?

Help me please 🙏

I’m currently working for a company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, and I’m planning to resign because the work environment has become very toxic.

While reading my offer letter, I found this clause:
“If you decide to resign within the first two years of employment, the company reserves the right not to give you a release to work for another employer in the UAE.”

It also says they can recover AED 5,000 or 45 days’ salary (whichever is higher) as “training cost.”
The thing is, I never received any formal training.

Can they actually charge me AED 5,000 as a training cost when no training was provided?

We’re a Dubai interior fit-out company trying to adapt to the current market need your thoughts?

We’re an Indian-owned interior design and fit-out company based in Dubai.

To be honest, the past few months have been challenging. Material prices increased, which directly affects the final quotation we give clients. At the same time, we’re seeing fewer inquiries and projects compared to last year. I know we’re not the only business feeling this.

Instead of just waiting for the market to improve, we’re thinking about making things easier for new business owners and existing businesses that want to renovate or open a new location.

For commercial projects (cafés, restaurants, laundries, retail stores, offices, etc.), we’re considering a simple payment plan:
• 50% upfront to start the project.
• The remaining 50% can be paid in 5 equal monthly installments after project completion.

We’re genuinely curious if you were opening or renovating a business in Dubai, would this kind of payment plan make you more comfortable moving forward?

I’d love to hear honest opinions, whether you’re a business owner, contractor, or just someone who’s watching the market. Is this something you’d consider, or are there better ways fit-out companies can support clients during this period?

From a Reddit Conversation to a Completed Dubai Villa Project, Thank You r/UAE

A few weeks ago, I shared a post on r/UAE about the challenges our interior design and landscaping business was facing. A few Redditors reached out, and one of those conversations turned into this project.

I'm happy to share that we recently completed the landscaping and outdoor works for this villa in Dubai in just 2 weeks.

The design focused on:

• Minimalist aesthetics
• Easy maintenance
• Family-friendly outdoor space
• Modern poolside appearance

Photos attached.

If this was your villa, what would you add or change?

And a genuine thank you to the r/UAE community for the support and connections. It means a lot to a small business.

Thank you for giving push to our interior business

A month ago I made a post here during a really difficult time for our interiors business in Dubai. Work had slowed down badly and honestly I was just looking for advice from people who understand how business can suddenly become unpredictable here.

A few people from this community reached out privately, some gave solid advice, and some connected with us regarding actual projects. Since then we’ve had meetings, site visits and ongoing discussions with potential clients and it gave us momentum again.

So thank you to everyone who commented or messaged. Small support can genuinely make a difference for small businesses.

Sharing a few progress photos from one of our ongoing projects as well 🙏

Thanks to this community help our interior business

Last month, I made a post here when work had slowed down badly because of all the uncertainty happening around the Middle East. I wasn’t really expecting much from it, but surprisingly a few people from this community reached out to us.

We ended up getting several meetings, site visits, and some ongoing discussions from that one post alone. And the best part is we close 2 client one in Business Bay and other in Arabian Ranches, it genuinely helped us regaining momentum and confidence.

So I just wanted to say thank you to this community. 🙏

Distress Land Parcels Deals 🔥

Sharing few distress land parcel opportunities in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman

  • Land parcels starting from around AED 40–50 per sqft
  • Sizes from 25,000 sqft up to 80,000 sqft
  • Location Options available in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman

These are not tiny residential plots more suited for investors, developers, warehouse/commercial plays, or long-term holding.

Before people ask:
No, I’m not posting full details publicly or in DMs because owners requested direct discussions only. Too many non-serious inquiries waste everyone’s time.

If someone is genuinely interested, we can arrange an online or offline meeting and I’ll share the available inventory, locations, and deal structure.

Strictly for serious investors only.

Interior fit-out business owners in Dubai?

We run a small interior fit-out business in Dubai.

Honestly this month has been rough. We had 2 projects almost confirmed and both got delayed because of approvals and budget issues from the client side.

Since then it’s been very quiet. Inquiries come in but most people are either comparing prices endlessly or saying they’ll “decide later”.

Meanwhile all the expenses here keep running no matter what rent, license, salaries, transport, everything.

Just wanted to ask if other business owners here are also seeing a slowdown recently or if it’s only us. And if you managed to get through it, what actually helped?

Interior Design and Fit Out

We run a small interior design and renovation business here in Dubai, focused on residential and commercial fit-outs. Until recently things were moving steadily, but over the past few weeks the market has slowed down a lot for us.

We had confirmed clients who unfortunately backed out due to the current situation. Since then, getting serious inquiries or converting leads into actual projects has become much harder.

If anyone here is in the same situation, I’d genuinely appreciate hearing how you’re managing or finding work in the current market.

And if anyone knows someone looking for interior work, renovations, fit-outs, or even just wants to connect, I’d genuinely appreciate the support.

I’m looking to get a logo engraved or printed on around 20–30 ceramic plant pots.

Main requirement is clean, consistent branding across all pieces (not handmade/freehand). From what I understand, laser engraving or ceramic decal printing would be the best options.

If anyone has:
Recommendations for vendors (Dubai preferred, but open to others)
