Looking to switch for growth and payscale, however it seems that the budget for 5 yrs exp is not more than 15LPA.

I want to work with established or atleast midsized company to learn more and increase my exposure. I am currently earning 16.5 and take care of end to end marketing- Demand Gen, Campaign, Content, P, Events etc. What should be the realistic expectations I should have and any leads on new marketing opening.
