Partner: salary question
Do partners normally ask about salary expectation at the end of partner round? This was already discussed with recruitment previously.
Do they usually ask that or can it be read as a promising sign?

One of the interviewers mentioned that fewer candidates are rejected at the partner interview stage than in the previous rounds.
Does that make sense? Do you share that opinion?
Between 1st interview to offer, especially for above senior consultant, how long did you process take?

Joined early last year. Spent an entire year seeing, hearing and worried about RIFs until I got RIFd a month ago.

Estou para visitar o Brasil pela 1ª vez em 20 anos. Relatos de amigos dizendo que nem taxi é mais seguro em SP me deixam preocupado.

I wasn't a manager, but principal architect, no management experience. Looking at pay ranges, the highest senior consultant rate is around 75K? Is that accurate?
Next level seems to be manager/managing. Is that just the grade name or does it require actual management experience? What's the range for that level?
I have been contacted by a TCS recruiter about a architect role. It pays some 20% above other consulting companies.
I have read a lot of negative comments and reviews about this company, like "bait and switch" practices, bodyshop, downgrading consultants grades, but mainly from US and India based staff.
Has anyone here had any experience at this company in the UK, good or bad?
There are no jobs in Oracle that isn't Fusion in the UK. How is the demand in the US?
I mean extending your existing experience, like traditional data platforms to modern ones, classic analytics to ML, etc
If you were laid off with about a five-month severance package, but your manager offered to help you find another internal role (slim chance), would you be interested in staying or would you rather take the package and leave?
For those who survived the latest rounds of layoffs, what is the internal morale like? Tell us your country or division, if you can.
What is like living in China without speaking the language?
What about employment or schools if you move with family?
Does anyone here moved to Azure (or other cloud) having only OCI experience?
