Someone can please help me identify which IPA characters could give a sound somewhat close to what I’m trying to show? I’m in doubt if the first is a long unvoiced alveolar tap. The other one I’m not sure, but it’s like saying “ap” and closing your mouth abruptly before making the consonant sound, with the “p” sound being from slamming the lips together, like if you expelled/sucked/“created a vacuum” by doing so. (Sorry if I’m posting in the wrong place, bcz I’ve already posted here some days ago)

You make a /θ/ sound, but stronger, between both teeth. Then, make your mouth like you’re saying “Oh”. Then, let all the air out fast, feeling your cheeks bouncing.
