Some icebreakers, I'm thinking about booking a holiday, any suggestions? Chinese food is massively overrated. Tuna is disgusting, vodka and red bull is lethal.

Trying to stay out of the pub, so here I am. I'd usually go for a bevvy and chill out on a Sunday afternoon but just felt like I can't be arsed, tired of the same old conversations with the same old people... it's fine when the drink is flowing but not in the mood to have a Monday morning hangover either.

I'm having a night in tonight, feeling a bit lazy but chatty. In the mood for a bit of a light hearted gossip and to have a laugh with somebody new. Who knows, we could end up bessie mates by the end of the night.

As far as hobbies and interests, I think I'm pretty well rounded, sometimes I'll be doing karaoke, having a wiggle and a giggle but sometimes I'm the complete opposite, glued to the couch and getting stuck into a random documentary or book. The last book I read was The People vs OJ Simpson, he definitely did it, no doubt at all. I'm also big into a load of different sports so if you follow a team or sport then we'll definitely be able to have a chat about it.

Stopped off for a few beers after work, a complete monstrosity of a playlist, Lush Life by Zara Larssson was as good as it got. Loads of lads using the sunshine as an excuse to show off their terrible tattoos. I still had my work gear on so had a fella asking me if I feel like I'm in a frying pan. Cmon mate, it's 23 degrees you moaning fanny.

Anyway I'm running on about 3 hours sleep and feel surprisingly chatty, writing this on my way home and hoping someone is feeling equally chatty.

You know they say "no good deed goes unpunished"? Well I'm the guy that does it anyway, life's too short to not to give people a helping hand.... but here I am suffering the consequences.

Long story short, I offered a neighbour a cigarette when we were making small talk in the sun the other night... now he's knocked on the door a couple of times to ask to pinch one... sharing is caring and all that but bloody hell, got myself a hanger on now I reckon.

Anyway, if you've ever had any neighbour drama, if you're into sports, chatting shit, moaning about the price of takeaways, karaoke, having a wiggle and a giggle then we'll probably get on... so yeah, if you fancy a chat, then reach out!

I was watching some old highlights the other day and don't think I appreciated how good of a player Danny McGuire was. An unbelievable finisher and support player.

Another one was probably Sean O'Loughlin. I've listened to a few aussie podcasts over the years and any aussie/kiwi that played with him at Wigan talks so highly of him. Which is a rare thing because most of them gloss over their spells over here.

I don't think I fully appreciated how good they were when they were playing. Maybe because they didn't do much at international level, but who has for England/GB in the last 30 years?

Anyway, thought this would be a good topic to pass the time on a slow Friday!

I've been caring for a family member this week and it's been tough. They're in hospital now so I have a chance to chill out for the rest of the night and switch off.... so yeah, here I am, looking for a good chat, distraction and laugh.

The chat doesn't have to be too heavy, full of whinging and moaning. We can have a gossip, bully each other a bit, share secrets. All the good stuff.
