WHY DO INDIA CANT MAKE STFFS LIKE KEYCHAIN, ACTION FIGURE I HAVE SEEN ALL OF THEM ARE IMPORTED FROM CHINA

As a person residing in Punjab

I encounter a new problem

That is water crisis

Punjabi farmer are extracting ground water at rapid rate than the refilling rate and it's gonna push punjab into water crisis

And also our honorable cm bhagwat man ji ( AAP SARKAR ) has given free electricity to farmers for water pump due to which farmers are extracting more water than they need and also these freebies he are announcing instead of focusing on fixing this big problem

So I am currently pursuing ca articleship and I have interest in economics and political science after completing ca so pls tell me from which university and which degree I can pursue for.

And pls tell me about University that is in Delhi or gurgaon as i live in Punjab so it will be near to me.

And pls also guide me which exam i have to pursue
