I finally got banned from the Disability subreddit

Yep. After posting about my disabilities to a certain subreddit for months, they finally banned me entirely.

So I had been posting there for awhile, and every time I got unsolicited advice people got nasty after I said 'my post is not for advice'. To the point where my posts got locked and then taken down because people mass reported to the mods.

Well, one of the mods was trying to talk to me about what I personally wanted them to do about it - they did remove comments and the like when they popped up, but couldn't keep my posts up because of how many people were mass reporting them within 24 hours.

I kept replying to them that I don't expect them to nuke every negative commenter from the subreddit, if anything I was able to deal with it myself because I could just block every single user myself with no issue. But I made it clear that them allowing this to happen at all to begin with was not a good look for them.

My last response on that subreddit was me warning someone that if you post on there, you will most likely get a lot of negative comments if you say that you aren't looking for advice. And a mod jumped in, locked the entire thread, then banned me after replying to my comment.

Antis will literally do this even if proshipping isn't mentioned at all

So this happened on my own tiktok, I mainly use it as a rant account so I just post about life stuff or topics that I want to discuss. And I normally get no comments, because I'm not doing it for the views (just me talking into a void basically).

But I guess I somehow attracted the Antis with my last post, because I've had to go through my last 2-3 posts to turn the comments off. And it wasn't even about being proship - as you can see here, I've been discussing how I dealt with my mom in the last years of her life. And someone tried insulting me for it, so I made a post about the insult. And before I took comments off that post, I got a ton like these 'calling me out' for being proship. So now I've turned comments off that post (plus I blocked every negative commenter I could), and I guess I'll be doing this until it all eventually goes goes away.

But seriously, I never brought it up once in the posts about my mom that I'm proship. I do have it on my profile, and I talk about it in some posts before these ones. But NOW I get the flood of Antis when I don't talk about it.

This stuff just confuses me so much.

Antis need to stop giving media they are 'disturbed' by so much attention

Seriously, I can't count how many times I browse YouTube to try and see a review on a horror game or visual novel only to be hit with 'anyone who plays this game or has any interest in it is a pedophile'.

Do these people not know what SplatterPunk is? Do they just assume if these things exist, they must be consumed by the masses or the creator/developer/author means for it to be seen by minors?

Not every horror has to include an engaging story, it can just be disturbing for the sake of it. And not everyone has to engage with said media either, it's completely optional.

What's more disturbing is these same people, who obviously downloaded these games to play for their little reviews, are posting them to YouTube where kids can actually see it and then saying *other people* who download these games are the real problem.

Like these reviewers bought the game too, so by their own logic they'd also be included in with all the other people who should 'get their hard drives checked'. Like posting a review on the game doesn't absolve them of the exact same 'crime' they say others are supposedly doing.

I honestly just want to watch reviews on dark media without the puritan 'omg this game is bad and you are a predator if you enjoy this media' take a lot of these reviews tag on. I've had to block so many YouTubers for this because it's unnecessary, just talk about the game as is without your own 'morality' getting in the way.

The ONE trope of vampires I do not like

I generally like all vampires. But there is always one trope I do not like, that is unfortunately very common in a lot of series.

It's the 'conservative' vampires.

Like, I get it to a point. A lot of vampires are really old, so of course they're going to more likely be conservative in their worldviews.

But I'd much prefer seeing vampires who are actually more liberal, as the point of vampires is to be an 'other' and it'd just be way more fun to see a story where a vampire turns people (willingly of course) and there's a bunch of conservatives trying to stop it.

But I would also accept a conservative vampire in that scenario, they'd turn people by force and be a parody of how the country is destroying itself.

Regardless, I hate most series that show conservative vampires but never a 'liberal' one.

Being 'punished' for my disabilities

**Note: Not looking for advice here, so if you try giving any I will only respond with 'this post is not for advice'. And if you are rude in your response(s), you will simply be blocked. I don't want this post to get reported or receive any negativity like my previous posts.**

So I have several mental and physical issues. And as a result, sometimes I 'mess up' things. Like leaving oven mitts on the counter, or leaving a bowl on the table. Often just small things that I know can pile up eventually, but I don't think twice about because my memory is often that bad to where I can easily misplace things.

Well, this is apparently a bigger problem to those around me than I thought. Because no one ever really tells me until they get too frustrated and decide to yell at me for misplacing things. Often resulting in being threatened with the 'punishment' of said person throwing away the thing(s) I misplaced, then forcing me to go without said item ever again.

For example - let's say I leave a roll of toilet paper on the bathroom counter. This goes on for weeks, no one telling me to put it back or making me aware it's an issue to begin with. Until one day, they yell at me about it and say they'll just throw away all the toilet paper so I'll have to wipe with my hands from then on. I apologize, but then they yell at me more and go on about how much they hate me being here because I'm too much of a burden on them.

And this happens with everything I misplace. No matter how small it is. And that's not including the times I've also been threatened with my electronics or other belongings being destroyed by them as well, despite the fact most of my stuff I actually bought myself at one point (way back when they did those government checks during the pandemic). And the times I've been threatened with both outright physical violence and getting the police called on me.

This happens often enough that I question why no one tells me the first time it happens, much less why they think it's ok to punish the entire house for something I did (and honestly they already fix on their own by putting the item back where it belongs). But I do apologize every time, and I have tried to remember to not misplace things but - again - I have issues that make it hard to remember things like this all the time. And with my current issues, I can't be dealing with this much stress or it can actually kill me.

Oh, but the moment I bring up my issues, suddenly they go on about how now no one can ever confront me on anything and they have to treat me like a baby or I might die. Making me even more stressed out, because now I'm crying and feeling so low about myself that I can't even fight back.

Scary reaction out of nowhere

So I just woke up an hour ago, and I've never had this happen before.

I woke up feeling like everything was burning - my lower arms and lower legs were red and feeling like I dunked them in itchy lava, then my face felt numb. Cold water did help, but I also noticed my legs were getting purple spots (they went away the more the itching/red stopped). I also used some lotion to reduce the itchiness and warm feeling.

I have never had a reaction like this to anything in my entire life. And no, it's not bed bugs - we checked my bed for them. My brother says it can't be allergies though, so I have no clue what's going on. My legs and arms are still very itchy too, the lotion is helping to make it not feel as bad but I'm a little scared I suddenly got allergic to something without realizing.

Update: Looked it up, turns out it may have been my Blood Thinner medication (I kept seeing on every result that the medication commonly causes these reactions). Now I understand why my doctors/nurses kept asking if I was having any symptoms while taking it in the hospital.

Doctor Told Me To 'Try Harder' After I Explained My Situation

So this is a big reason why I rarely go to the doctor.

I went to the hospital recently (I stayed a week because of heart issues), and at first it was pretty decent. The nurses were saints the entire time I was there, even when I was dealing with both insomnia and the constant annoyance of my roommate both day and night.

The third day in, I finally saw a doctor. And as usual, I was told the basics - my heart condition, the meds I need to take, etc. And I nodded along, because I already knew all this.

Then came the questions.

Long story short, I explained how when I tried to get a refill of my meds (two years ago) the local hospital I went to not only overdosed me but when I went back to get it fixed they kicked me out because that doctor got mad at me for complaining about what they did. Not only that, but my actual doctor kept on changing because I live in such a poor area that most retire within a month or two (legit couldn't get an appointment at all - if I ever did they'd just reschedule anyways so I kept waiting).

After explaining, the doctor nodded and I thought they understood.

But then they replied with 'you know it's all your fault right?', and then started talking to me like an ignorant child while leaning over and poking my hand. All right after I just explained my situation, and making it clear I know how bad my health issues are (been dealing with all these issues since 2020 - I'm not naive on any of it).

At that point, I stopped listening to them. Because they kept going on about how I could've died, and I just 'need to try harder' as if I skipped taking my meds for two whole years on purpose. And I get it - I can admit when something is my fault (like how I should've sued that hospital for that doctor overdosing me on my prescription meds or just tried another hospital entirely - basically I should've pushed harder to get back on my meds before I got sick again). But this doctor completely dismissed me when I explained the parts outside of my control.

I saw them on my fourth day as well, but by that point it was the same speech - how I need to 'try harder' and hammering it in that I could've died. Which I already knew, it's why I went to the hospital in the first place. Though thankfully, that doctor must've noticed I wasn't complying with them so they switched me to another one soon after. And after that I was able to do much better with my recovery.

I've had this happen twice before, though not by the same doctor. But it's always an older woman (like a lady in her 60's), and they constantly treat me like I am too ignorant to understand that I came close to death. I just don't understand why doctors do this to patients.

The Homophobe Antis are at it again

So with the release of the 'extra' MHA chapter being animated, yet again I'm seeing people use IzuOcha to be homophobic against BakuDeku shippers.

But instead of defending BakuDeku this time, I've been replying with 'they are fictional characters so who cares what's canon'.

Ironically enough, this time I'm not getting any responses back. This just proves to me they just want an argument, not logic.
