While waiting for my mx5 to be rebuilt just made a little edit of me having some fun in her

Hi guys got into sim drifting about 1 year ago but haven’t really played consistently would say maybe 30-40 hours of actually seat time but I also have been drifting irl nothing crazy just streeto. What should I improve on trying to make my lines a bit smother by focusing on throttle control.

Had a portable mechanic come to solve a constant grinding noise told me I needed new brake pads and discs, feel like I’m being ripped off as they seem fine and I’m convinced it’s a cheaper fix like a wheel bearing? Am I being ripped off here ?
