gay cousins should be allowed to marry cuz they cant reproduce

i had a really big crush on my cousin Lance and he also had feeling for me. but we have a n 8 year age gap so our family said we cant date

but we saw each other in private and it was really isolating a lot of the time. this was years ago and he died in a skydiving accident and he’s the only guy i ever loved. i think he died cause his mom told him we cant be together and so did my mom so he stopped caring about his life and joined a fraternity and started making really bad decision and fell into the wrong crowd

yeah i think we need to eliminate that stigma cause like why stop people from loving who they love for no reason like what. if they’re not gonna reproduce and there’s zero chance of reproduction like why not.

irs just like LGBT stuff we need to allow gay and support

Traffic whistles are unnecessary and sirens need to be turned down

As someone who lives in the city, guys with traffic whistles are so completely unnecessary. I hear them for hours while events are going and everyone ignores them anyway. Also it’s 95°F out, they should just go home.

Literally there are going to be traffic conductors with whistles for over 5 hours in preparation for a CHRIS BROWN concert. Like do you realize how frustrating that is to listen to these whistles because a woman beater is in this city

And emergency vehicle sirens are incredibly annoying. I haven’t gotten a good night’s sleep in two years living here (and yes I’m moving). But they truly do NOT need to be so loud. I went to japan for 17 days in tokyo, the sirens were way quieter but people still respected them and always moved over.

AITA my sister’s fan sent her $1k for me and she kept it

My sister is a tiktoker and live streamer and randomly called me one day. I decided to ignore her call because i was busy and she called again saying "you need to pick up right now!"

I answer the phone and she's freaking out saying her fan is sending me $1000 and she asks what I'm going to do with my money on vacation (1 am heading to Japan).

I had a feeling I couldn't trust her and that she was just using me for content. but then she texts the family group chat with her and my dad and asks if I had said anything about her "big tipper."

She also claimed this guy had sent $8k in total in tips intended for our cousin, her friends, and others.

I followed up with her asking a few times if she was still sending the money. She ignored my texts, then finally claimed our dad told her she couldn't send money because she's "poor." Which she definitely isn't.

So I texted my dad and asked if it was true and he said he never told her not to send money, but suggested to her that she should keep the entire amount since it's like a paycheck.

To me this isn't about the money. it's about the behavior. She calls me all hyped up while live streaming, using my reaction for her content. Telling me I'm going to get $1,000. I didn't really believe her and neither did my fiance, but I'm sick of her behavior being brushed off by everyone around her.

She literally has strung her ex boyfriend along for months as he watches her dog and she dates other guys. She completely uses people in my opinion, and it makea me frustrated. She has no license or car and I have been helping her practice driving for a lot of the past few months, am always there for her.

I'm not upset with the money. I'm upset with her acting this way and everyone brushing it off because she's the younger sibling.

I would be completely fine with it if this guy had just stated in her chat that he was going to tip her loved ones 8k and she just pocketed it if she HADN'T reached out and blown up my phone and presented this to me, and bragged about it in the family group chat. It feels very odd.

AITA? or am i being too sensitive. If I did this to my sister i just know my dad would be so mad at me. It’s frustrating dealing with double standards of behavior.

EDIT TO CLARIFY - yes the guy was legit and sent the $8,000. He wasn’t a scammer, she’s a big streamer on the platform and has had random men send her new laptops and all sorts of things in the past.

Im also irritated that I was asking for a week if she was actually going to send it and she avoided the question just sending memes. And yes I do have a job before anyone asks lol, I don’t need her money, but am just am a bit frustrated with how careless she can be and how she uses people. And also how my family babies her and holds me to strict standards as the older sibling.
