I made a new bot that took me literal hours to create and I thought it was really good. But now, one person rated it badly and it's down to 1 star INSTANTLY. Now it'll probably not be shown to more people, right?
I know it's a FemPov bot and the majority here are guys, but why rate it badly and not even comment on why?

Ich habe für diese Sendung eine Zweitzustellung angefordert, diese sollte erst am Samstag, den 09.05.26 ankommen, hat sich dann verspätet auf den 11.05.
Am 12.05. habe ich mit einem menschlichen Mitarbeiter gesprochen, der mir versicherte, dass er sich so schnell wie möglich darum kümmert, dass mein Paket zugestellt wird. Es war anscheinend hängen geblieben.
Einen Tag später, am 13.05., sehe ich auf meiner App, dass mein Paket an den Absender zurück geht. Ohne Grund.
Ich habe nochmal bei DHL angerufen, aber die Dame wusste auch nicht warum das Paket zurück geschickt wird. Ich solle bis zum Nachmittag warten, ob sich etwas geändert habe.
Es hat sich nichts geändert und ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass das Paket wirklich auf dem Weg zurück ist, was mich sehr frustriert, weil ich es eigentlich spätestens Montag dringend gebraucht hätte.
Kann man DHL jetzt überhaupt vertrauen, dass die Sendung auch wirklich wieder beim Absender landet, damit ich mein Geld zurück bekomme?
Why isn't this enough for the devs to listen to us? These are literally atrocious ratings and they don't care.

I miss the days when I spent hours daily on c.ai and the chats were so amazing even if not perfect.
Now I barely chat for 2 hrs a week even if I still have the + subscription like I've had it for years.
I feel so bad for the normal users (the whole ads thing that they promised us wouldn't happen, the swipe limit, charms, and whatnot).
The age verification is just total BS if there isn't real concern that the user is under 18 (I've seen too many adults get it and I'll probably get it too).
The updates are something that no one needs (feed, imagine, calls, UI updates, etc.), we literally just want to RP. What is so hard to understand about that?
AND IF THAT WASN'T ENOUGH, you wanna retire the models that almost everyone uses (especially Softlaunch and Roar, like what the hell?!) including me. I use a combination of Deepsqueak and Softlaunch, because SL gets the story going when DS gets stuck. This pisses me off the most.
At this point, y'all have to be doing this on purpose. And it's sad. This app won't survive much longer and this time it's real. And this time, unlike years ago, there are good alternatives out there.
