Normally i do smoked baked beans with Bacon, onions ,mushroom and more but Looking to make something different this year And thinking of Smoked meatballs this year to change things up or Add them to my Baked beans , will need to experimental this summer
never made or cooked meatballs ever except from a can many many decades ago when out camping lol but don't want then too spicy ,
All beef or beef & pork mix ? and seasoning ? whats are some of your guys recipes ... do most of you use fresh meats or do you use frozen meatballs or it doesn't really matter
As for seasoning , conj-er up my own or find a per made seasoning package like McCormick or Frenches or clubhouse
I've got to September 10th to perfect this party's on the 12th

In Victoria can you heat your home all winter on a heat pump alone ?

To keep food costs down do any of you out there grind your on Ground beef at home ? I sometimes see sales on meat that's cheaper than ground beef so was thinking if this was worth it or not , My son-in law has a meat grinder so i can use it anytime

Are Boneless Pork Loin Halves good to Rotisserie on a BBQ / Grill ? if i cook it to an internal temp of 145-155 F or should i take it higher like 180-190 F ? don't want to dry it out ..Id like it to be tender and juice
Hi Everyone , my Bradley 4 rack smoker is falling a part , so was looking at the Pit boss 500 , does anyone have this model or a pit boss similar to it , I've heard good and bad things about these smoker like the augers Jamming , fires in the auger system or tube and inside the Hopper it self , are these common ? and can the auger system go into reverse and un-Jam itself ?
