I’ve been taking creatine for 14 years so this isn’t a question of is it safe more so a question of theory

Again I have no fear of taking creatine but I was just theorizing off of a question based on something someone asked me. I was doing some research and it says based on recommended dosage creatine won’t damage you. However, I don’t see much outside of this and my question was even with recommended dosage can creatine cause dehydration or further it in people who aren’t taken in the sufficient amount of water. This derives from me under the assumption that creatine draws water from other places and stores it into your muscles. In my mind that would mean there must be more water to go around in places that may need it. However, I then read somewhere that creatine doesn’t more so draw water from other places to put into the muscles but rather your body as a whole retains more water and some goes into the muscle. So my question is which one is it ? Believing that the first theory is possibly true then I can see it some how causing harm in another area whether it being minimal or serious in a more so indirect way just because of the new distribution of water.

As a field tech, what type of IT jobs should I consistently expect ?

I’m considering field technician work where you’re dispatched to different businesses and locations. What types of IT jobs should I consistently expect?
Is the work mostly hardware-focused, such as power supply swaps, computer replacements, printers, POS systems, cabling, and network equipment? Or do field techs also handle software and administrative tasks involving Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows imaging, VPNs, ticketing systems, Group Policy, and network troubleshooting?
What programs, tools, and systems should a new field technician become familiar with?

Comptia A+ certified

Officially Comptia A+ certified. 2nd test was pretty easy but once again these PBQs have very poor explanation so I probably did bad on them again. Next step is Net+. Does anyone know what to expect and how much harder it is than core 1 and 2 ? I want Net+ badly because it really peaks my interest out of all IT subjects.

Where can I find free CompTIA A+ Core 2 PBQ practice?

Hey everyone,

I’m currently studying for the CompTIA A+ Core 2 exam and I’m trying to get more comfortable with the PBQs. Does anyone know where I can find free practice PBQs that are close to what might appear on the actual exam?

I’ve been using videos and practice questions, but I want more hands-on style practice for things like troubleshooting, Windows tools, security, networking, and OS tasks.

Any free websites, YouTube channels, labs, simulations, or study resources would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Just got a new Applewatch SE3 and it’s forcing me to update to the newest IOS even though I’m on 26.3. Does live container still work on this firmware?
