Warranty repair issues so confusing
After a couple weeks of back and forth with Mammotion they accepted my mower for warranty repair. (Luba 2awd 3000h). It’s been several weeks and was promised that i would get an update. This has now gone without one. I was eventually offered a replacement (Luba 2 5000h) and I agreed. However once I said yes then it was no longer available and then was offered one that’s not compatible with my lawn as it was a different cutting height. When I asked if I could pay the difference and just get a Luba 3 since I just want a mower back that works or a refurbished one that met the same specs and tired of paying lawn care service as it’s getting expensive. I now received an email that essentially states they can’t find my order number but are willing to offer a fixed price refurbished one or a discount on a 3. Very confusing so a warranty repair is accepted, offered a refurbished one I agreed, then it’s gone, and now I have to pay for a refurb when they already agreed to send me one. What is going on with your customer service it’s a nightmare
