i burned myself. it hurt because it was my first time burning,i usually cut. i feel like im watching my life play out but i cant do anything about it. ugh

so does anyone else constanly get paranoid? like worrying if a cut is infected or not? so my cut is scabbed,but its a little red on the edges. it was deep styro btw. i cleaned it with alcohol, and a few days ago i started putting tripple antibiotic ointment on it. idk itll prolly be fine im just worried
