SoCal TMS Center

I’m at the end of my robe. Does anybody here is familiar with this Spravato provider?

They won’t file an appeal for more treatments. It is now 3 weeks of only one treatment per week and I feel more depressed than I ever was in my whole life.

This week I told them I want to see Psychiatrist who signed me up cause I’m not doing well. They told me he is not my Psychiatrist even though in first session guy claimed he is going to take me off my psych meds in 6 months. That confused me even more cause I was convinced he was my Psych. Than they told me all other patients in there have their own Psychiatrists. What is going on?!

Than on their company page I found out this Psych does not take ANY insurance only CASH. Also they filed ALL my Medicare claims for Spravato sessions with his name. Mind you they are allowed to file claims under any company name. I feel like they don’t care.

What can I do in this situation? I don’t have luxury on Medicare and LA Care Medi-Cal to hop providers. Also frankly I am almost suicidal right now considering I was doing so well on 2 treatments.

Company for micro dosing or S-ketamine IV?

I finished initiation phase and now I’m on one treatment of Spravato per week. It does not seem to be enough I am crushing after 2 days. My provider suggested either micro dosing with commercial company or alternating IV treatments with nasal spry treatments. However I am afraid LA Care Medical won’t approve my ketamine IV. Does anybody was in similar situation and micro dosing was a solution?

Probiotics earth based?

Hi everyone👋
I am frustrated and really need advice on probiotics. I finished my Sibo treatment in July. After that I had treatment for SIFO. Right now I am 4 weeks after SIFO and still take Sachamoryces Boulardii which works great but a full strain probiotic makes me not feel well after few weeks. I’ve read that spore based earth probiotic like Bacillus Coagulans & Subtilis are best for Sibo recovery. Have anyone actually used em successfully for Sibo?

First time bad reaction after treatment

I am down to one treatment per week. Something happened and I am scared now. The trip went well albeit stronger dissociation than usual. After the trip I could not leave facility for a more than an hour. I never felt that bad. I was weak, barely could walk, my BP was higher that usual and generally feeling not well. Normally I’m ready to go after two hours so this was definitely sign that things are not normal. They finally gave me motion sickness pill and that helped, but the whole experience scared me. The only thing I did differently this time was that I finished my food 2 hours before session. The nurse claimed I can eat because I never experienced nausea during initiation. But as a precaution I took anti- nausea pill before session. Did those two factor gave me bad reaction? Maybe I did not metabolized Spravato properly because my body was busy metabolizing food?

When did you transitioned to sweets in moderation?

I just finished 14 days of Nystatin and supplemental anti-Candida diet. I am introducing every week a new food group for example this week it is few starches (white potatoes). Next week maybe beans or cheese? But have you successfully introduced sweets without blowing it all after Candida diet? I am so scarred I’m going to do something wrong. 😑

Two rounds of sprays or one for 56 mg?

Friends from what I’m reading here in your posts I am suspicious that my first ketamine service was botched. I was told I got 56 mg but was too much out of it. It felt too strong. They administered two rounds of sprays not one. Is it possible I got more than 56 mg in my first session?

I was getting too high and wonder about a dose?

I got my first 56 mg of Spravato and I felt the dose may have been too big for me.
I am 5’3 petite women and 113lbs, most patients in the office are taller and bigger that me. When Spravato hit me
I completely zone out felt plastered to the chair unable to move my limbs. It was soo intense that I begged Universe for it to stop. If not provider gently touching my arm and saying this is the peak and now it all comes down I may have had end up with a bad trip. After the session I had numb face and hands and struggled to come back. I wonder if somebody here had similar experience and decided to lower the dose? On positive side after a session I was more present and actually felt joy preparing and eating the dinner. Also thoughts about past and future were not that triggering as usual.

Radio play

Hey guys I wonder if anybody here ever got radio play. I am sending them email after email for two month and getting no response. For example I send a CD to KXLU and asking if the received it? And crickets. I began to suspect it’s either payola or they give first preference to labels. Any advice?

CDBabe-Do they own your Masters?!

Hi guys, I’m about to release a song and I’m pulling my hair. Mainly CD Babe language in Addendum “..you herby grant to us the exclusive right as explained below and to our Licensees;
Reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, promote, sell and deliver Your Content as Digital Masters..”

My understanding is they own my masters.

Since CD Babe was recently acquired by UMG it looks like they are acting now like a regular record label. I don’t want to lose my ownership that early in a game. Are there any better aggregators I could choose from?

I’m going to have Spravato treatment through Medical. I did not like their therapist and would love to use for reintegration my own. Does therapist needs to be specifically trained at ketamine reintegration or any therapist will do?

Hi everybody I’m starting my killing protocol tomorrow. I’ve done this protocol years before and it did worked for me. I am in no way medical practitioner. I got this protocol from a guy on Reddit. I’m sharing this simply as a way to give back.
Funny part is I did not even followed that protocol completely because I did not react well to Berberine and it was still very successful. Also, the doses of Oregano oil (150-300mg) per day (divided in 2-3 doses) were definitely for a huge guy possibly an athlete not for a small framed post-menopausal woman as myself and at the end of 2-4 weeks I ended up having a period. Please use your common sense as to doses and if something does not feel right don’t do it. There is many different ways out there.
Protocol:

ADP Oregano Oil
150-300 mg per day (divided in 2-3 doses), after meals. Right now I will only take 100 mg per meal.

Berberine complex: 3 caps/3 x’s per day after meals

NAC: 2 times per day (1 before breakfast, 1 before dinner) Note: I couldn’t do two, so I took only 1 before breakfast

PHGG: 1/2 scoop with water before breakfast, 1/2 scoop with water before dinner

Diet: heavy Mediterranean diet to activate bad bacteria: beans, legumes, honey, whole grains, leafy vegetables, varied fruits and veggies.

The person also switched up a little neem instead of Berberine on occasion. Again, I could not tolerate neem either, so I was doing merely Oregano oil.

This is protocol for 3 weeks. About 2 weeks in it’s time to introduce basic probiotics: plantarum, rhamnosus GG, acidophilus and bifidum.

UDATE: I forgot to include very important probiotic Saccharomyces boulardii. The most popular and trusted brand is from Florarastor. It helps to evacuate bad bacteria and rebuild a good one.

Hey just wanted to share good news. I did 4 days of wheat grass shots and now not only my brain fog is gone but terrible joint pain. Join pain was so bad I received cortisone shot for my knee and was scheduled for neck and foot. Apparently wheat grass can neutralize Sibo toxic load (ammonia?) from the body.

Hey I am in my first week killing phase and this is my new affirmation. I’m gonna wipe out every one of those sneaky little bastards. I am starting with a Phase 1 of killing protocol biofilms busters for a week. NAC will dissolve a film which holds doms of Sibo bacteria so the fuckers are later easy to kill. I’ll be posting updates.
