Is The Real Real good to buy a scarf?

Hi,
I am looking at a scarf from Lolo piana on The Real Real website. It’s cashmere and silk blend and costs $350 around with Excellent condition. New scarves are way more expensive, of course. And it looks a good deal to me.
I’ve never purchased a second handed item online and concerned if it’s really made by Loro Piana and good quality as said ‘excellent’ and if it’s good to buy. Please share your thoughts and experiences if it’s a good deal or if I’d better to save money for new one.
TIA!

Should I get this bag?

I have a chance to purchase Hermes Lindy 30.

Clemence leather
Etoupe color with silver hardwares

Purchased in 2016. Never used but has stored in a closet.

All including receipt, original box.

Price: 6500

The current owner didn't like the size and has wanted to sell it since she had it. Even though it's a new bag, it's still 10-year old bag and I am not sure if it's worthy to purchase it. Due to the distance, I can't try it on before making a decision. Should I take it or not?
