I tried talking it out to my OB to induce my ovulation para ma timing namin ni partner when he arrives since he will only be in the PH for 2 weeks, but my OB suggest to do it naturally lang daw muna to see how it goes.

Honestly im quite hesitant kasi when we did the deed last April even when i was ovulating hindi parin successful, my period was delayed for a week and akala ko naka buo na but it turns out negative:(

Im currently taking:
- metformin
- inositol with folic acid
- coq10
- glutathione

That was the only time i was delayed rin for this year, and sobrang nag expect talaga ako only to get disappointed.

I also lost around 15kg with exercise and diet
