Dorm Closets

Does anyone have any pics of their closets in the dorms, particularly Snyder? I kinda just want an idea of what’ll fit on the floor, hangers, shelf, etc together. On the website it’s mostly empty closets so I don’t get a great idea of availability. Thanks

Provided Storage in Dorms (Snyder)

I was planning on buying some drawers for under my bed, but then I went onto the uiuc dorms website and they said they provide a lot of furniture. They listed s bunch of things, “A double room has two beds, two desks, two chairs, two closets, two chests of drawers and two bookcases (mounted to the wall). Closets are typically 3 x 3'.” But in the 360 digital room tour there are two drawer sets and one bookshelf per side. Also, it says the chests are 30” tall but also that there is only 28” clearance on beds. So can anyone clarify if these are supplied exactly as they are in the photo or if it’s different?
Also kinda unrelated, did anyone add shelving to their closets with friction beams or anything for extra storage?

Combined microwave-minifridge?

Hi, I’m an incoming freshman and at registration my mom got a pamphlet about renting appliances for the dorms. One of those was the microwave-minifridge. I wanted these anyway, but I’m worried it’s really big and idk if it would fit in our space. Ftr I’m in snyder hall. I feel like it’s so tall that it would block the window if we have it splitting the room, and i don’t think either of us want it taking up our space. If we do have to do that, my solution ig would be the person who has to have it on their side would pay a bit less for it ($190 total). Has anyone gotten this for their dorm?

Removing silk screen (?) from cotton shirt

So this is a shirt from abercrombie i really liked, but i didn’t love the prince name and P on the racket. I’m guessing it’s a silk screen or something similar, idk much about this stuff. I just think it takes away from the artistic design. How can i go about removing it cleanly, especially the P on the racket since it’s so close to other elements? I guess the P isn’t super noticeable so it’s not the end of the world if I can’t get that off but it’d be nice. Thanks

Why are my calves cramping when running

I am a very active person (18m). I work out, and play tennis 10+ hours a week competitively. I rarely get cramps doing tennis unless I’m playing 3-4 hours in a row, like in a tournament. I assume it’s mostly dehydration, though i try to drink a lot of water in and out of tennis. I obviously run a bunch in tennis, but it’s very different running than regular long distance running. It’s in short bursts and often side to side as well as forward and back. Yet, when i run just to run, my calf always starts cramping up within like half a mile. By a mile in it’s too much to keep going. For this reason i don’t run too much. I did track (400/800) and cross country in middle school and i wasn’t like amazing but i could do it. Am i just out of practice, and will it go away if i keep working on it? It might also be a form thing, since I’m used to sprinting now rather than long distance. Any tips, or ideas of what’s causing this? Thanks
