Just finished! Feels good working smaller again.

This piece came about after I didn't preform well at a local art show, losing to 6 modern art pieces. Modern art is great, but it was definitely a bit of a punch in the gut lol. So, out of frustration came this little 16x12! I hope you enjoy!

Just finished this one, what do we think?

Taking pictures of work is always so hard! It always flattens values and makes colors weird, so if you guys have advice on that let me know. Otherwise, this one's done! I've been trying to play with lighting and painting in mostly darker values/shadows, its been an interesting challenge to say the least!

Need help before I move on to oils

I just got done blocking this painting out in acrylic and I want to be sure I've got the lighting and other things correct. This painting is a combination of a lot of other photos, so Im sort of winging it from past experience with how reflections might look in water and such, specifically the sky colors and how they would interact with it. Any thoughts and opinions on it would be wonderful as I start to move forward with oils!
