Have any of you changed a parking brake cable?

I have a 2017 lancer 2.0 ES, manual transmission. My right rear parking brake cable snapped and it seems more complicated to change than I thought. I can’t find any info or videos on how to do this so I’m kind of just trying to figure it out on my own. It seems that I need to remove the wheel hub assembly to have access to the cable connection, does this sound right?

Proactive repairs for 2017 lancer?

I have a 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer 2.0 FWD with a manual transmission with 230,000 km (143,000 miles). On a recent road trip, the alternator broke when I was six hours from home. It took me 5 hours to replace in a parking lot because I had never done this before and it was in a weird spot where the only way to remove it was from under by removing the compressor.

Needless to say, I really don't want to break down on a road trip again, especially since I was lucky that there was a parts store near where the alternator broke.

During the nine years I've had it, the only things that I have had to do is replace the clutch kit, the serpentine belt, regular brake maintenance, regular oil changes, transmission and coolant flush, and now the alternator. I just want to know if there are some things that I can replace now to be proactive instead of reactive? It would be greatly appreciated.

P.E.I poutine

I was curious to taste poutine from P.E.I, the fries were great, the gravy was alright but I was disappointed with the curds.
