I've been trying to find this book: the Grinch Stole Chrismas in Ukrainian. Most ukrainian websites will only ship within Ukraine. Any help would be appreciated.
Exclusive pumping has really been taking a toll on my mental health. I'm exhausted trying to pump every 4-6hrs, my right nipple is cracked, and I feel like my whole day revolves around pumping and washing parts.
I've been thinking about switching to formula, but I feel so guilty because I keep thinking about all the health benefits of breast milk. Part of me knows I need to take care of myself but I don't want to feel like I'm giving up.
Has anyone else felt this way? If you switched to formula or started combo feeding, did the guilt ever go away? Do you regret it at all?
