DUO 32-hour rule — is it strict per month or averaged?

Hi everyone,
I’m currently working alongside my studies and receiving DUO student finance based on my job.
I’m trying to understand how strict the “32 hours per month” requirement is.
My situation so far:
April: 65.25 hours

May: 40 hours

June: 45 hours (expected)

So I’m well above the requirement overall, but my question is:
👉 Does DUO check the 32 hours strictly every single month,
or do they look at an average / overall pattern over several months?
For example:
If I work 45 hours one month but maybe only ~20–25 hours another month (like taking time off in July),
would that cause issues?

Or is it okay as long as I have a stable job and it balances out over time?
Would really appreciate experiences or official info from anyone who has dealt with this.
Thanks!

Duo through dutch partner

I’m a German student and will be moving in with my Dutch boyfriend. Him and I will be officially registered as partners & he will be working. Can I get duo ? I won’t have time to work and from the requirements I saw it said you are eligible if your partner is a “migrant worker”? I’m a bit confused and would love some help :)

Starting accutane

Today I got prescribed accutane after struggling with acne for the past 10 years. I’m 23 and had acne on and off since I’ve been 13 and have tried almost everything. It’s especially bad on my chest and neck, and moderate on my face and back. I’ve been reading about accutane and honestly I’m a bit scared now. I go to the gym 4 times a week and lift heavy (I have been doing this for around 3 years). I’m worried about muscles pains and being fatigued all the time. Also I’m scared i will have a bad purge. Another question I have is if I can tan at all or not? I love laying out in the sun and in winter I occasionally go to the tan beds as this helps with my mood. I would appreciate any tips/ suggestions on this and product recommendations 🫶🙏

My husband (29M) and I (25F) have been married for about 4 years. We have an adventurous and trusting relationship when it comes to intimacy, including trying new things together. That context matters.
A few months ago we both had a lot to drink at a friend's wedding. I had much more than him. Later that night we were intimate but I was in a very deep sleep-like state and wasn't really aware of what was happening. I have little memory of it.He mentioned afterward that he enjoyed that aspect of the situation. The thing is, I would have been open to something like that as part of our relationship - but only if we had talked about it first and I had agreed in advance. That conversation never happened.I'm not sure how to feel or what to do going forward. Has anyone experienced something like this? What would you think?

I recently started working a new job in the Netherlands. It’s at a cafe type of place and I work a 0 hour contract, the hours are always determined the week before. In the beginning there was some issues with closing, as everyone was new and the mangers did not train us well at all! Because of this, it often took us 30 min to an hour longer to close the store (we were alone). All we would get is a checklist for closing but I didn’t know what half the stuff even meant. A lot of us girls worked overtime when closing the store but see that on our paycheck we didn’t get paid. Our boss also says we don’t get paid for overtime and it’s our job to close in the time given… is this legal? What do I do ?
