Can anyone recommend a good place to set up targets for shooting pistols / rifles near Concrete?
I'm not asking for your favorite hunting spot! Just public (BLM) land, an old quarry, or a pit that's vehicle accessible.
Looking to shoot targets with small calibers (.223, .38, 9mm, etc.)
Since Terran Armada, in most combat encounters (of any kind, not just TA), the game will lag/freeze for maybe a quarter of a second, every three seconds. Restarting stops it for a bit but it returns quickly. Now firefights are almost impossible due to this lag.
Anyone else?

2006 S40 / LS 650 "Boulevard" fitted with a new Murray's carb. Need the best hose and filter option assuming the breather box is on but the battery compartment is gone. I've modified the breather box to hold a lithium battery (and a rectifier) so it's there but doesn't hold a filter now.
I thought about a 45' down but unless maybe I immediately reduce the hose diameter, there's not enough clearance for the filter.
Appreciate any thoughts.
