Is the mirarle of Guadalupe true?

Hi! I've been catholic for about 1 and a half years so far, with my ups and downs as normal. However, recently I dove into the history of Juan Diego and the related marian apparition, and I find all the supposed properties of the image of our Lady of Guadalupe to be messy, without reliable sources and plenty of disinformation. From baffling supernatural characteristics (pupil dilation, absence of decay, eye reflection, lack of brush strokes, unknown pigments, etc, etc etc.) to all being a hoax with totally opposing findings.

Everything is so confusing and I haven't found any official report of any sort. What is going on?

If the miracle ends up being falsified (therefore skeptic findings being true), wouldn't it severely undermine the credibility of the Church?

What's the Church take on unethical semiconductor sourcing?

I wonder if it is ok for us catholics to even use a mobile phone (or any tech stuff). I know it's a little ironic since I'm writing from one. However, the point is that unethical mining practices in Congo are widely known and the close to slavery conditions the workers (many times kids) are in. This gravely violates human dignity. Should we just get rid of anything with those materials in it?

Need to find replacement for protein powder (40g protein daily)

Hi everyone. I'm currently trying an elimination diet (dairy, gluten and eggs) due to an autoinflammatory disease to see if removing some things improve my flareups. The thing is that I don't want to lose any of the muscle I've built. The only thing left to replace is the daily protein shake that I have (40g of protein). Any fast and easy ways to replace it without containing gluten, dairy or eggs?
