Tight traps even after relaxing walk

I have had tight traps and issues for about 20 years. Even when I take a relaxing walk where I focus on breathing slowly with long exhales and walking upright trying to relax my traps and let my arm hang, they end up starting to burn like crazy quite fast.

So far i tried to let my arms swing.. burning traps

To press my shoulders down.. burning traps

Do nothing... Burning traps

Fuck my chin open my chest... Burning traps

Anyone an idea?

Strategy when opponent has 4(+) blots in your home

I find that if for whatever reason, opponents end up with 4 or more blots in my home. The chances of, getting hit , even when playing perfectly, are enormous.

So what often happens, i get lucky or opponent plays bad and ends up with a lot of blots in my home base, i keep.plagijf perfect and am ahead all of the time.

Meanhwile opponent just slowly closes his home base and eventually hits me once and my full lead will evaporate.

Im even thinking of this could be used as a strategy? Play extremely risky in the beginning. Either you get ahead and lock up and play conservative or if you get behind, you purposely sacrifice a couple more blots to be able to get back in the game.

Thoughts?

Paced breathing

Hi guys, I've tried all kinds of different paces for paced breathing from 3 seconds in and 3 seconds out to 4 in,5 out or 5/5, 5/6 etc.

All it does is raise my adrenaline and it feels forced. I cant get into a relaxing rhythm.

The only thing that seems to work for me, is doing long exhales and long pauses after the exhale. But i can only do it consciously and it is a per breath approach and doesn't suit itself to a rhythmic repeated thing that could become automatic.

So basically I seem to calm down and relax most from not breathing at all as opposed to paced breathing.

Anyone experienced the same? Or comments/thoughts on this?

How do you deal with ai tools that can't make small edits?

I keep running into issues with AI image generation. I can generate a base image just fine, but when I want to tweak one letter or detail, it falls apart. The tool either regenerates something totally new or gets stuck in a loop if changing things.

I can prompt it repeating 7 times, something like dont create 7 icons, we want 6 icons. 7 icons are bad, dont do it. If you make 7 icons dont give me the image etc etc and still... 7 icons.

How do you guys handle this? Any tips or workflows for making precise edits without having to regenerate everything from scratch? I’m curious to hear your experiences!
