13.8k in mains, guys... is jabalpur better than pune cse?

I am getting into integrated MBA at iiit gwalior and cse at iiit pune... got a 13.8k rank in jee main and have no hopes in advanced... not interested in nit as we need to study PCM again for 2 to 3 years there... have a good idea on programming, love computers and I am self driven towards programming...

OPINION?
