Red coloration appearing in pine pollen, any clue why?
Pine pollen in freshwater pond sample. None of the other pollen (hundreds or thousands of grains) do not have this red inside them. Could it be fungi?

I’ve always been drawn towards this form of art without even knowing what went into it, even if I never make something even approaching the same quality as the artists I’ve seen it’s cool getting to see the tools they use
