I’m gonna be flying to Switzerland in a couple weeks and I’m planning on making a sort of trailmix to pack in attempt to save on food while I’m in the country. I was wondering if anyone has a recipe for high protein, fat, potassium, carbs trailmix/ granola bars? Or even just recommendations for some packable water free, macro dense foods I can buy beforehand?

I have this idea to press a bunch of forget me nots and then glue them onto a piece of watercolor paper. I’ve tried this in the past but it’s hard to keep the flowers flat. I was curious if anyone knows of a nonstick material I could use to hold the flowers against the paper and glue until they’re flush with the paper?
We’re going on a trip in a month and she loves things like this so I figured it would be a nice little surprise
